Problems receiving our emails?

We know all too well the challenges presented by spam emails and we understand that your organisation may have put content control filters in place that restrict our emails from getting to you.

 

What's the problem?

We have made our email sending system even more secure to ensure that we are continued to be seen by email servers around the world as a trusted high quality source; this prevents someone pretending to be from our company and sending you scam emails. This additional security level can mean that some company email servers will refuse emails without authorisation from you.

 

What can I do about it?

 

1. Add IP addresses to your company whitelist.

Send your company IT department the list of IP addresses below to add to their whitelist:

2. Add the domain dryadglobal.com as a trusted sender to your email client - For your specific email client (outlook , gmail etc.) you can find 'whitelisting' instructions in their help documentation.
 
Just a few steps and you can start receiving notifications again.
